Pranam Babaji, I am a 26 year old, recently married girl with melasma. Melasma is a skin condition where your skin becomes dark and patchy. Mine is dark in upperlips and looks like a moustache. It is also dark in forehead and cheeks corner, upperlips are really dark... I have this problem since last few years. Sometimes it's OK and sometimes it becomes very dark... I have started doing pranayams since last month...when do you think i can see progress... Does pranayam help in this... your website does not mention anything about melasma... please do reply at vedika123@live.com, any other suggestions. Please help, I am really worried about my skin..
