Vic founded Hope4Heroes.org after finding there was a need for more support in "helping services" for wounded Heroes. Vic found a lack of peer-to-peer counseling and career services devoted to the most wounded our PTSD and TBI vets. He has grown Hope4heroes into a national organization while achieving a 90% program rate! Further, the organization is a leader in national legislation effecting veterans and families.
Prior to founding Hope4Heroes Vic served as the president of a health supplements chain growing the company from one location and $6000 a month to over $1.4 million dollars a year. He has three professional degrees, is currently working on a forth and his private pilot’s license. He works on national legislation and speaks to Congress about issues effecting veterans and families. Hope4heroes is the fastest growing veterans non-profit in the country and continues to shape the direction of benefits and aid for 27 million veterans coast to coast.
He runs one of the fastest growing event management compaines in the country and is a devoted philanthropist. His company works with veterans and other charities building five star events.

With a diverse public and private sector background to include C-level and senior manager level experience, first sergeant duty, top sales executive, business owner, motivational speaker, coach and advisor to wounded warriors and volunteerism for numerous organizations, Vic brings vision and experience. Vic is the WINNER of the Presidential Lifetime Volunteer Service Award, the most prestigious award of it’s kind! Vic also served as the President of the San Antonio Coalition for Veterans where he started a program to distribute food and clothing to homeless and impoverished veterans and families in Bexar County.
Recently he was a candidate for the 23rd Congressional district of Texas and the Executive Producer of the Salute to Veterans PSA that won two national awards at the 31st annual Telly Awards.

Additionally, Vic was a Chief Enlisted Advisor in Tuzla Bosnia, and responsible for oversight of the Unit Security Plan and the transport of Slobodan Milosevic to the War Crimes Tribunal. Vic retired from the military in 2005 with over 40 medals and decorations.
