A word of advise: If someone makes a mistake in his/her information and we would like to comment or correct the wrong info, let us do it professionally and constructively, not criticize negatively and put the person down saying words like " I am wondering what kind of Massage trainings nor Massage schools you had studied with?" Let us apply the golden rule please, because when our chance comes to write our own articles we don't want to hear comments like that too, do we? Jevren is right, when we are correcting the mistake, we should also acknowledge where we got our sources from, para may point of reference tayo lahat, we can all read the correct info and we can all learn from it. yunesa scribbled: S unday, January 11, 2009 9:22 AM From: "Jevren" <sibugjevren@yahoo.com >View contact detailsTo: massage-6@meetup.com Hello Eunice... I have read the three articles mentioned below. As for me, I did not find any facts or ideas that is sound unethical or unprofessional in nature... It is the author's priveledge to write for some experiences and opinion be included in some facts.... The way I understand her letter, the COMMENTARIST did not specially indicate particular phrase, line/s or paragraph that needs to be corrected but rather giving an insult and humiliation to the author as a whole. Your COMMENTARIST approached seems to me more unprofessional! In my case as a former auditor, before we correct or comment in certain issue (particularly in some write ups), we need to specify the statement/s given, like saying the line number or copy the statment as it is and give your appropriate correction. If we want to help/ to improve certain things we need to present also evidencial facts/ guide not opinionated information. Criticizism can be constructive and destructrive, it is on how we understand it or it is how we present or say our comments. But the letter presented below I personally find it destructive. My personal advice to you Eunice, people like this commentarist should not be given more time rather continue doing good work (Hindi ka nagiisa sa crusade na ito- Nandito po kami buong pwersa ng PMTAI). But it is also good that you raised this matter objectively on your good intention to rectify things...if there is..pero wala naman To your COMMENTARIST, she has to learn the right values or professional ethic in givng some comments... As guide for your commentarist, first, identify statements that you think wrong in the given articles... copy them as it is and then write your correction supported by some facts after every findings you noted. Once you (commentarist) have done this tell us if you want a debate on certain idea or simply you want to share information or help. God Bless..to everyone JEVREN
