At Least 12 Killed In Mumbai Building Collapse

The building was declared dilapidated, but people were still living there. The Indian city has experienced recent flooding, and substandard building materials have been a factor in other collapses.

At least 12 people were killed and more were still trapped after a century-old building collapsed in India's financial center of Mumbai on Thursday morning.

Mumbai has suffered recent torrential rain and flooding, along with other parts of India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
