Mozzarella, Manhattans and all that jazz: All about The Quarter

A year ago, the splendour of the Royal Opera House in Mumbai was unveiled after an extensive six year long renovation. But the transformation, it turns out, wasn't complete until late October this year, with the opening of The Quarter. Located inside the Opera House, The Quarter, which comprises a jazz club, a cafe, a restaurant and a mozzarella bar, is the brainchild of businessman and investor Nakul Toshniwal, musicians Ranjit Barot and Ashutosh Phatak and restaurateur Nico Goghavala.
