Venezuela's Maduro blames Colombia for attack of bomb-carrying drones

CARACAS, Venezuela_Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro blamed the leader of neighboring Colombia for a drone bomb attack on a military ceremony in which Maduro escaped unharmed but which left seven soldiers injured.
