Chicago Police Department moves to fire officer in 2015 shooting that killed 2

CHICAGO - The Chicago Police Department has officially moved to fire Officer Robert Rialmo for a 2015 shooting that killed a 19-year-old who was carrying a baseball bat and a 55-year-old bystander.
