A ketogenic diet focuses on maximising fat intake whilst minimising carbohydrate intake so that the body burns fat, rather than carbohydrate, for fuel. Many of us have heard about ketogenic diets in the context of sports performance. Is there any scientifically-backed proof that it makes a difference?
