In a semi-industrial area of Richmond, Victoria, Angie Florence of Space for Life was handed the original plans for four new townhouses. A developer had purchased the plots and had visions to turn the side-by-side sites into four luxurious three-bedroom, three-bathroom properties that would eventually sell for at least $1.6 million.
