Ohio man who claimed to be missing boy Timmothy Pitzen is charged with federal crime

NEWPORT, Ky. - The 23-year-old Ohio man who authorities said claimed to be an Aurora, Ill., boy missing since 2011 has been charged with a federal crime, according to online records.
