Versatile Veggies Real food nourishment

Doctors, nutritionists, dietitians, parents, health-conscious friends, and even the World Health Organization (WHO) urge us to eat several portions a day. The reason most people don’t eat enough vegetables (and other plant foods) is because they assume they won’t taste great, or they don’t know how to prepare vegetables properly.

During my culinary journey, I have found a few easy ways to turn veggies into delicious dishes!
