THERE are few sounds as joyous as kids’ laughter when they’re playing. It’s spontaneous, carefree, an expression of absolute pleasure.
But as we transition into adulthood and life’s responsibilities begin to weigh us down, we usually start thinking of play as something that’s meant for children.
Yet experts agree playful experiences are an integral part of our wellbeing. And they don’t have to come in the form of big adventures – it can be little things that are fun simply because we’re completely immersed in the moment.
