FAQ

Q I DON’T WANT TO START FIGHTING MATCHES – IS THIS PLAN STILL FOR ME?

This guide is based on how fighters train because it’s an efficient way to exercise, combining strength, power, speed, stamina and weight management. Learning to fight certainly does have plenty of other benefits – including helping your self-confidence, coordination and stress levels – but there’s no actual fighting in this plan. So that’s good news if you don’t want to swing any punches, or get punched yourself!
