What people think about Life Strategies For Teens

- (4/5)Jay McGraw tried to make the ten life laws concepts understandable and included useful stories to help clarify each concept. Most of the time I thought his approach of anecdotes and metaphors were good and at other times I thought certain sections were long winded with too much explanation. I think this book would be a good recommendation for students to follow a step by step plan to improve their life, which is written from a young adults point of view.
- (5/5)This is one of the best books for teens that I have come across. My 15 yr. old is having a challenging time and I bought this for her. Jay gives wonderful, realistic advice for teens.
