- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Unbelievable is an amazing title for this book. The secrets keep coming out about the girls in Rosewood. But the secrets are nothing compared to Hanna being hospitalized after being intentionally hit by an SUV when she figured out who A was. As she starts to recover, she tries to remember what happened to her and who A really is. The girls get another helper as they try to figure out who the killer is and who A is, or if they are the same people. Miss Mona also starts getting text messages, but remember don’t believe everything you hear. Yes, this book will give you a little closure. You will find out wh A is and who killed Ali. They may or may not be the same person Wowza! I really didn’t expect to love this series as much as I am. I thought it would be cute, definitely not as suspenseful and a page turner as it is turning out to be. After reading the first one and loving it as much as I did, I didn’t imagine loving the rest as much. And this one is the best!I will say, I will most likely have withdrawals after reading these four books in such a short period of time. I have so many TBR books on my shelf though that I am going to practice restraint and not get the rest of the series yet. Hopefully I can stay away from Borders! After the 3rd book, I had an idea of who A was. It was a pretty intense hunch, but when I got into the 4th book, my hunch changed directions. Turned out my original hunch was correct. I love being right!I give Unbelievable 5 bookmarks!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Like I said , I Really like all the pretty little liar books . But I didn't enjoy this one as much as I did other ones .
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Unbelievable by: Sara Shepard was the fourth book in the Pretty Little Liars series. It was about Aria, Spencer, Hanna and Emily searching to find out who A is. A knows everything about them. They get haunting texts and emails from this A person. A is there stalker. In this book Aria has so many family issues and to top it off gets her boyfriend Ezara in HUGE trouble. Hanna almost get killed by a mysterious car that hits her head on, on the side of the road. Emily struggle between two girls that seem amazing but they aren't who she thinks. Spencer cheats on a huge contest and... she wins! She can’t live with the guilt though. What are they going to do, especially when they find out who A is!?The fourth Pretty Little Liars book was a really good book. I never wanted to put the book down. It was fast paced through the whole entire book. At the very end it was the most interesting because it describes in a lot of detail how they find A. All the girls had their own huge problems that added to the plot. Overall the book was really good and i recommend it to anyone that watched the series on abc family. On a scale of 1-5 i would give this book a 4.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This was the best of the Pretty Little Liars series so far. It kept you wanting more. Although it answered many questions, it still leaves you hanging and wanting to know what happens next.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5OMG! I could not believe Mona was A. It was like whoah.
I really liked this book because you could go along yourself and try to figure out who A was.
I never thought it was Mona, I thought it was Melissa. So that was surprising.
This was the most suspenseful book so far in the series.
REALLY GOOD. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I thought that this was a very good book!! It is one of those books that you never want to put down. This is a great book for older girls who just want to feel like you are actually there with the characters. The only thing is that you have to read the books before this book in order to understand what is happening.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I hate Kate. And Hanna's dad. They ruined Hanna in this book. Usually I enjoy reading her chapters but Kate is so ugh and Mr. Marin is like the worst excuse for a father I've ever seen. (I do blame some of that on the way the adults were written) Loved the book though.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5After I read the end of the third book I thought that nothing could compare to how scary the end was, but boy was I wrong! I also read this book at one of my sisters gymnastics practices and every now and then I would just gasp and everyone would look at me thinking that i was weird but i'm not! its just really INTENSE. this book was so intense to me that every time i finished a chapter i would just put the book down for a few minutes and let everything sink in, evaluate to myself what happened. And it really helps! this is a great book, highly recommend the whole series too.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Hanna is still in a coma in the beginning of the book and when she wakes up she can't remember anything about her accident or remember who "A" is. Her best friend ends up being someone bad and her mom tells her that she got a job in another sate and leaves Hanna the option to move with her, or move in with her dad and his fiance and her evil stepsister. Aria who is my favorite in the series is dumped by Sean when he finds out she was with her teacher, Ezra. Ezra ends up getting fired and moving away. I am hoping that in the next book he comes back. Aria and her mom were still not talking in the beginning of the book so Aria lives with her dad and his girlfriend. After Aria and her brother start talking again, Aria tells him about "A" and he makes her tell the cops which puts her in danger. She also runs into Jenna at her art class and later in the book Jenna reveals that Alison and her had planned the whole Toby thing because of what Toby was doing to her. But Jenna wasn't supposed to get hurt like she did. Spencer and her sister start to get along. Spencer debates through the whole book if she wants to tell the truth about the paper she stole from her sister to the people at the Golden Orchid award. She also finds out Alison had a thing with Ian which means Ian cheated on Spencer's sister. And Emily is sent to Iowa to live with her Aunt and Uncle but her cousins get her in trouble which gets Emily sent back home. But while she was in Iowa she meets Trista. Who she has feelings for only to find out Trista fools around with anything in site and Emily ruins things with Maya because of Trista.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5As with the other 3 PLL books, this one was great. The writing was consistant, the characters were true to themselves. In this book we find out so much but we're still left with a huge cliff-hanger at the end. I was really looking forward to reading this after the end of Perfect, to continue the story and see what happened! And boy oh boy did we learn some great things!! There was so much revealed in Unbelievable and it was truly exciting! Though I really enjoy reading these books, I've stopped reading them as of now, only because I'm not sure there was a need to continue the series. I feel like it could have been wrapped up in Unbelievable and left here for us to love. So I just don't feel like reading anymore of these right now. That's not to say that I'll never pick up the other books to read, but I have so many (new and different) promising books to read, that I'm just sticking with those.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This is classic Y.A. fiction revolving around privileged teen-age girls. Petty rivalries and jealousies, pressure to excel (from parents), to fit in (from peers). Plus the added angst of having a secret that could destroy their lives and someone who knows the secret and threatens to tell. The four girls have no idea who knows and who they can trust, they don’t even trust each other. The ‘story’ comes to a conclusion in this 4th book. It is not the end of the Rosewood Day School girls. Pretty Little Liars continues, but we know who “A” is and we know who killed Alison. These books have a very real feel to them. Even if the world they live in is vastly different from any I lived in, the attitudes and emotions given to them are very ‘teenage girl believable’.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Unbelievable picks up where Perfect left off: moments after Hanna's accident. While her friends and family pace the hospital's waiting room to learn Hanna's fate, "A" continues to threaten each girl. Emily is sent to live with her cousins after her parents learn she kissed the new girl, Maya. Little does Emily (or her parents) know that her cousins aren't so innocent and have issues of their own. Meanwhile, Aria is trying to cope with her parents' imminent divorce. Just recently broken up with her boyfriend, Sean, Aria has no place to live. She's forced into moving in with her father and his mistress and isn't thrilled to hear their latest news. Spencer is up for the Golden Orchid award. . . something she has always dreamed about. The only problem is she plagiarized her sister's paper. When she learns she made the finals, will she come clean and confession or will "A" out her? Hanna is in the hospital recovering from her accident. She doesn't remember the events of that fateful evening, although pieces of memories flood her mind.Unbelievable finally reveals "A's" identity and the motive behind the threats and texts. As each girl begins to remember their past friendship with Ali, each slowly realizes that Ali just wasn't the sweet, innocent girl everyone loved. Ali kept secrets of her own. . . secrets that could have killed her.I figured out "A's" identity after reading book 2: Flawless, however after reading the last chapter in Unbelievable, I just can't help but to wonder is there more to "A" and these four former best friends. I mean, the series isn't finished yet. . .
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I'm finding these books to be a quick read, and I like that because I want to know what happens. I found this book interesting, because we had some questions answered (and I was right about something), but even more questions emerged. Shepard does a really good job of tying up loose ends, while leaving even more dangling in front of us. I'm curious where she's going to go next.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Horrible! Granted, I only skimmed it, but I find the teens in the book completely abhorrent, and not even in the amusingly train-wreck way, a la Gossip Girl. Steer clear!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The way Shepard set up every single one of the PLLs to take the fall -- that took some major skill. Keeping track of all the details and setting up the falls -- mastery.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was probably my favorite book out of the series because I finally got to find out who A was and who killed Allison. I really enjoyed reading this.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5So this is the one where you find out who A is!
Which means that this is finally my opportunity to extricate myself from the strange pull of this series and move on to something else... but then again, I hate to leave things unfinished. So let's be honest, I'm totally going to finish this series. :-)
*Edit: I just noticed this book has a 4.27 average rating (higher than, like, 97% of the books I've read on here!)... which means basically everyone who reads it loves it. I don't know if that means the books are way better than I'm giving them credit for, or if it just says something about the people who read these books? - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a GREAT book! It is mystary for young adalts. It is filled with action, mystery, & drama. I would recomend this book to the young reader.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book was even more shocking than the previous books of the series and when i found out who a was i was so surprised because it was a person I never even suspected. I never knew what was going to happen and it had me guessing the entire time.
