Conceptually original, fantastically written and superbly narrated. This is the niche book I have been pining for.

The story was fun, although a little grotesque at times. Maybe don’t listen to while eating. The narration was not great, attempted female voices literally painful to listen to.

Excellent fun novel. An urban fantasy novel. Lena and Darren, two down on their luck chefs, take a temporary job with a catering company, Sin Du Jour, whose clientele is supernatural. The plot is fast paced and has a great twist at the end. The author pulls off the difficult task of making all the characters interesting and funny. I’ll definitely be reading more in the series.
