About this audiobook
What if you knew everything there is to know about the hormone that regulates your sleep?
Did you know that melatonin is responsible for not only a lot of systems in your body, including sleep, but also preventing Alzheimer’s disease, headaches, and autistic traits? Yes, melatonin is related to a lot we do, and it has a direct impact on how well our brain functions. Many people underestimate how important a healthy melatonin regulation is.
When it comes to this, many are also confused whether or not they should take supplements, how to include it into their diet, and which foods or dosage are right to balance things out. If you don’t know what you’re doing, your whole pattern can shift, and it can influence your work, concentration, mood, and entire performance and happiness in life. That’s why knowledge of this important subject should not be overlooked.
In this guide, you will learn some of those key aspects, such as:
- A clear understanding of sleeping patterns and how melatonin relates to them.
- The connection between melatonin and migraines.
- Surprising negative effects of the brain not producing enough melatonin.
- Why you should use melatonin as a dietary supplement (or not).
- The best dosage to take melatonin.
- Side effects of melatonin many people don’t know about.
- Crazy things you can do with brainwave entrainment.
- How melatonin can help you overcome a jet lag faster.
- Several healthy foods that contain melatonin you may not know about.
Sleep better, focus better, and stay healthier. With the right knowledge about what melatonin does, which dosage is the most beneficial, and how to naturally absorb melatonin from foods and diets, you will be able to live a happier life with enough sleep and a higher productivity level.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It feels like the writer did a terrific job here. Not only did this audiobook seem like it was excellent quality, but it also showed me essential aspects of daily life, and about this topic in particular, obviously. So, it definitely deserves a few hard-earned stars. I do not think the word "awesome" does this specific book justice. There needs to be a better word, and I will definitely keep looking, since it deserves something great to be said about it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Not bad. Actually, I would practically say that it's great. Such an enjoyable topic. I think I will let my siblings spouse listen to it. They have to understand that there are books such as this in the market. I benefitted from this audiobook. It was really an eye-opener. I was intending to discover more about this issue anyway, so it was no coincidence that I bumped into this book. I listened to it, and not to my surprise, it was exactly what I was searching for.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I can most likely show fifty points why I recommend this audiobook, but my time is actually important, so this critique won't be long. I hope you will take my thoughts seriously, since I endorse this audio book to you. I wish I was actually great at creating customer reviews, but you'll just have to be satisfied with this average suggestion, namely, that the book was fascinating all the way through, till the very end.
