Description

Given the way love turned her heart in the New York Times bestselling To All The Boys I've Loved Before, which School Library Journal called a "lovely, lighthearted romance," it's no surprise that Laura Jean still has letters to write. Lara Jean didn't expect to really fall for Peter. She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren't. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever. When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean's feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once? In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Times bestseller To All the Boys I've Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that's part of what makes it so amazing.

So much better than Netflix’s version! Much more dramatic in true Lara Jean fashion! I still don’t like how the reader does Peter’s voice (it makes him sound so conceited and makes me really not like him) but it’s still a great book!

It's okay . Not the best . I think I like the first one the most . However, I love how it dealt with break ups and friendship and how at times u have to give up control of your life

“Love can go away, or people can.”

Josh and Genevieve as they were in book 1 are a thing of the past in the second novel, as Peter and Lara Jean continue to explore their relationship together.

In this novel Lara Jean & Peter deal with some difficult times [read: social media shaming] that many teens most likely have experienced, and Lara Jean deals with it in a pretty admirable way.

Peter has many mistakes in this one...many that really frustrated me as a reader. [read: Gen isn’t totally gone]

And then there is John. The last of Lara Jean’s love letters makes its way back to her, in such a unique way.

Lara Jean befriends a woman, Stormy, at a retirement village where LJ volunteers, and she gives LJ some of the BEST advice! And perhaps causes some ripples, and really solidifies what LJ wants in her life.

    Worth continuing the series!
