About this audiobook
Can you relate to any of this? Do you:
- Struggle to meet new people because you never know what to say?
- Act shy and nervous making a low-status impression?
- Sit nervously through job interviews and dinner dates waiting for the other person to speak?
- Fear attending social events where you'll have to mingle with people you hardly know?
- Have trouble holding people's attention because you don't know how to tell captivating stories?
- Want to have deep meaningful conversations but always run out of things to say?
- Struggle to get a word in during important meetings at work or school?
- Have way too many awkward silences where you sit nervously looking around the room hoping someone will say something?
- Wish you could start an interesting conversation with anyone you see at the grocery store, gym, mall, bar, coffee shop, or anywhere else?
- Wish you could have that magnetic charismatic personality that instantly attracts people?
An old adage will always hold true: "It's not what you know, it's who you know." No matter what you want from life, you must convince other people to like you, choose you, and help you. Your social skills determine whether or not people like you, choose you, and help you.
The truth is, all that's necessary to get the results you want is for you to do a few basic fundamentals really well. Doing the basic fundamentals really well is always the fastest, easiest, and most effective way to get excellent results. Don't waste time on trendy advice that quickly fizzles out. Instead, learn timeless fundamentals that will always be relevant.
You'll be able to start applying what you've learned immediately after you've finished reading this book by using the example procedures, responses, strategies, behaviors, and action steps. It works; and it will work for you. Read this book, apply the information, and see for yourself.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I hated this! I felt like I was listening to a robot and there was so much cussing... the entire vibe was forced-trying too hard... and the author kept talking about “buy my book” in almost every paragraph. I literally listening to marketing throughout the entire thing. What a waste of time.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Redundant, boring reader, unnecessarily crude
There’s a difference between “keeping it real” and sounding like a frat boy trying to impress his friends. Samuel L Jackson can pull off salty language; this guy’s just a boor.
The author reads in a robotic voice (except when he inexplicably starts shouting) and spends a lot of energy pitching his other work.
The advice might be sound, but when delivered in this way, the message is lost.
To quote the author, “Not everyone is charming and funny.”2 people found this helpful
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5In a nut shell; in order to be successful, you have to be charismatic. If not, you have to pretend to be charismatic. If you cannot even do THAT simple thing, then you are fucked up and we aren't sorry because you haven't tried enough. I found this book a bit dangerous for someone with a low self esteem. If it was about encouraging you and giving you tips to be a better storyteller, I would appreciate it more and I would have found it useful.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Uninteresting, and cheesy. The cursing and the line about doing everything drunk I guess was supposed to make me listen? Turned-off after 10 minutes

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Even in an hour long presentation Zane Rozzi finds time to be long-winded and repetitive. The first segment about conversations contains some mildly useful advice, but that's about it.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Not very thought provoking, profane and simple. Must be aimed at mellinials. Listening to this was a chore, worst book I’ve read in a long time. If you want to read a book that will cover the subject, I recommend you read “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie. I’m not into burning books but if I were, this garbage would be the kindling.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Considering he didn't want to be boring - this read like microwave instructions for conversation... Don't give up your day job mate. Oh and learn how to write.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very helpful. Coming from sales, it helps having something to say besides “going good” or “fine”. Refreshing to hear how your life is more interesting than you may give yourself credit for and it’s all about how you present it.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Lousy.
This guy is repetitive. His style of writing is a notch above mania-induced stream of consciousness.
I made it about 10 minutes in before throwing in the towel.1 person found this helpful

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Simple yet insightful, recommended for anyone looking into very "to be point" recommendations.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A good guide to becoming more interesting and likeable and make more friends
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I like. Be interesting people. Interesting. Interested and keep interest
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Leads the reader on with the hopes there will be more valuable lessons…there are not. It is quite repetitive. Most of the information provided are things we are already aware of as a collective, or lacks further insight to make it useful. Tone of the book was informal and laid back, but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to feel like I’ve improved myself after reading a book the author proudly claims to have written while drinking. It’s as if the material wasn’t useful at all.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Wow this book is amazing. Specifically the info on describing what book were reading.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The use of ‘stupid s***’ turned me off and away. It was unfortunate, as I had begun to listen.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Bad, and I mean bad. STAY AWAY. Author does not have an original thought and deliver it s
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5When you can't give advice without dropping the "F" bomb 3 times in a sentence and you have to constantly go back and talk about yourself drinking and being drunk I don't want your advice. He doesn't have a wide vocabulary range wich you would expect someone writing a conversation book to have and he doesn't seem that intelligent. He does well showing a high school flirt though!
On the positive side I do feel better about public speaking after hearing someone worse than I am.
