- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5If you've never read a book on will power you'll like this. I didn't learn a single thing, though it did remind me of a lot of great things I've heard in many other books. It sounds like the author just took the standard stuff from other books and combined it into a 1 hour Blinkist. So definitely give it a listen if you dont know anything about willpower. I highly recommend 'The Willpower Instinct' that book is really good and totally changed my brain on willpower. ? You got this! Keep hustlin' - @Rob_Level

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Zero insights. This is what a book written by an AI sounds like. The content is meaningless. There is no science behind any of the utterly worthless information in this book.
