    Simply put, amazing. This book helped me in all of the areas I was struggling with on the day to day. I took the most from the chapter on “Willpower”. Willpower is everything!! Thanks for this jewel!

    thank u , it helps. Recommend this book if u missed gym for many days , if u r in stress , debts , pressure. It talks about places where we suddenly lack when we are stressed. But the way out is that self discipline, as thats the only way u can focus on solution than dwelling over problem more than u should.

    If you've never read a book on will power you'll like this. I didn't learn a single thing, though it did remind me of a lot of great things I've heard in many other books. It sounds like the author just took the standard stuff from other books and combined it into a 1 hour Blinkist. So definitely give it a listen if you dont know anything about willpower. I highly recommend 'The Willpower Instinct' that book is really good and totally changed my brain on willpower. ? You got this! Keep hustlin' - @Rob_Level

    This audio was very helpful without wasting any of your time. It is practical, easy to understand, and immediate useful. You will find yourself putting the suggestions into action right away. Very helpful from the start and a great resource to refer back to as well.

    Maybe if you never read anything about will and procrastination you will love this book.
    For other people you will find a thing or two to help you get better … for a 60min read worth it
