      I was recently advised to put almost all of my cash and retirement funds in a variety of mutual funds, ETFs and non-investment grade bonds. I didn't because, among other things, I didn't understand the investment products. Thanks to this book, now I do and will be staying in cash and short term securities. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand passive investing, which is being touted by a number of popular financial blogs. I also appreciate the reasonable and balanced recommendations at the conclusion of the book, including the suggestion that this type of investing is not for everyone.
