As a defense contractor he managed military and government contracts for much of his career and developed web based corporate institutes. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and graduated with a Bachelors and Masters degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He and his wife Cheryl reside in Northern Virginia.view less
