Most recently, I have been running the maths intervention programme for students about to take their GCSE exams at an inner London school. I have also marked maths exams for a major UK exam board and have a degree from Cambridge University. I have taught maths to hundreds of students with different abilities and from different types of school. I have seen what works, what doesn’t and why many students are failing to reach their potential.
