She drew on her experiences as English and Music teacher for ‘Wessex Revisited’.
Her second novel is set in the late Middle Ages and deals with the clash of good and evil through the love which develops between a young monk and his pupil , Verity Beale.
She has one son and five step daughters and lives with her husband in a county Durham village.view less
