I have many years of administrative positions to include City Manager, State Revenue and Fiscal Advisor, commissioned officer in the military, and as a consultant in land use planning, and assisted housing.
I have always been comfortable about writing from the time I was in grade school when I wrote Science Fiction. I wrote several financial administration manuals while in State government and have continued to write short stories for my own amusement after I retired.
My wife and I now live in a suburb of Chicago where we retired, and maintain an active life of travel and social bridge, as well as reading and surfing the 'Net.'
