Manning has been writing fiction and poetry as a hobby for most of his life. Thanks to the advent of legitimate Web based self-publishing options such as Smashwords.com, he has decided to start sharing his work with the rest of the world. His primary focus is science fiction, fantasy and horror, but he has done writing in most every genre. Manning has B.A. in English Literature (with a minor in Creative Writing), an M.A. in Information Science, and is currently employed as the Technology Manager for a medium sized public library system in Missouri.view less
