He is a graduate of Daystar Leadership Academy (both basic and advance). He has over a decade working experience in the banking industry and Consulting where he rose to Management Level. He worked at Citibank Nigeria Limited, Access Bank Plc and Novabiz Solutions Limited. During this period, he worked in various Banking Operations Departments ranging from Customer Service to Quality Assurance, Business Process and Training. He has attended and anchored several trainings and seminars on customer service, process improvement, process transformation and time management.
