Bell is the author and creator of Tales of The Bagman, Chicago's own pulp hero, an ex-bagman for the mob turned vigilante. Bell has written numerous pulp hero adventures among them Secret Agent X, Dan Fowler G-Man, Jim Anthony Super-Detective, and Ravenwood Stepson of Mystery for Airship 27 Productions, and The Avenger for Moonstone. His Gothic Horror story "How Pappy Got Five Acres Back and Calvin Stayed on the Farm" was a winner in the SFReader.com short story contest, and has been featured on the Tales To Terrify Podcast. His latest SF/Noir novel, Bipolar Express, made the Horror Writer Association of America's 2012 reading list. Bell lives with his wife in Chicago, where the weak are killed and eaten.view less
