Through her teaching and training and development programs, she endeavors to empower others to pursue their gols and dreams while embracing tools and principles to make positive change a way of life.
For over 10 years, Dr. Galloway has developed and facilitated workshops in personal and professional development, financial principles and Biblical economics at conferences, churches and small group settings with proven results. She has completed extensive leadership and financial related training programs, including those of Les Brown, Stephen Covey, John Maxwell, Larry Burkett and Dave Ramsey.
In her current role as a diversity professional for a major university Dr. Galloway has unique insight into the behaviors that lead individuals and small businesss to success. She regularly holds workshops and coaching sessions to share tips on successful goal setting and accomplishment.
Dr. Galloway earned her Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, her MBA from Point Park University and a BS in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.view less
