For many years he struggled with various addictions until he quit them all instantly and permanently without suffering terrible withdrawal symptoms or cravings. His first book, "The Joy of Quitting Cannabis," was translated into Dutch and Danish languages and sells in more than 40 countries around the world. To date the book has helped thousands of people to quit cannabis without using willpower or feeling tempted and vulnerable in social situations. In 2012/2013, he wrote The Little Book of Quitting Caffeine and several other new titles that will be released via E&C Publishing in the near future.view less
