In addition to her current nov...view moreIrene Ayo Asuen, a New Yorker, spent her formative years in Nigeria. She is the recipient of two Editors’ Choice awards and a member of the Poetry Society of America. In addition to her current novel, Destiny's Faces, her poems; As friends and As Lovers, My Inner Voice, and Destiny’s Anguish have been published. She is also the author of Destiny’s Voices, Vol.1, a full-length poetry compilation, Something to Say, a collection of essays, and Just My Opinion But..., series 1 of a collection of quotes. Her new novel, Perfectly Imperfect comes out in June of 2015.
In addition to her writing background, Irene Ayo Asuen also holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics, an MBA in Finance, a Post-Masters Professional Certificate in International Business and a CELTA teaching certificate.view less
