I first wrote part of this book about ten years ago, when my life had changed dramatically as the result of an affair. I subsequently found I had breast cancer and wanted to keep a record of what was happening to me. My nature is that of a positive person, fun, loving, and caring.
It dawned on me that a lot of what I was experiencing was what others were going through as well, and I may be able to help, drawing on my own experiences and coping skills. I have learned much about myself, and I am now an experienced hypnotherapist giving others cancer support, knowledge for self- help, and coping strategies.view less
