A native Marylander, she...view moreRegina Mc Carthy has been working with the local wine industry since 2009, specifically as the marketing coordinator for the Maryland Wineries Association. A native Marylander, she loves the local food and wine culture of the Free State and has a passion for both cooking and entertaining. Regina graduated from Towson University with her degree in mass communication with a focus on public relations. She has written articles for various publications, including Reader�s Digest: North American Wine Routes: A Travel Guide of Wines and Vines from Napa to Nova Scotia. Working with the owners and staff of all the Maryland wineries on a day-to-day basis has not only prepared her for the documentation of this local history but also adds to her quality of life. Regina enjoys the many characters and the varied personalities who make up the local wine scene and appreciates their dedication to the land and hope for the future of the Maryland wine industry.view less
