Her inspiration for writing the saga, which she describes as a grand and romantic adventure of The West and Gilded Age America and which will span six books, comes from a lifelong appreciation and profound interest in American history and culture. She has travelled widely across the United States, researching her novels and walking in the footsteps of her characters.
Terri’s first novel and Volume One of the series HEARTLAND On the Side of Angels was published in 2009. She released the second edition of the novel in April 2011 ahead of EMPIRE FOR LIBERTY Dangerous Lullaby, the sequel to HEARTLAND and second volume in the Legends series, which was released in September 2011. Earlier in 2013, with a view to uniquely branding the saga as a whole, Terri updated the covers for both novels ahead of the planned release in November 2013 of Volume Three in the saga, FIRST COUNTRY Tinged with Rose.
