A man called after God’s own heart. He is the founder of Evangelic Ministries International Inc. He is the husband of Author Cheif Apostle Marilyn F. Winslow. In 2011, God spoke to Bishop Winslow and Tribe of Judah Prophetic Assembly was birthed. This great assembly consists of several churches located in North Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. Bishop and his wife oversee some of the best Pastors in the world. Bishop Winslow and Chief Apostle Winslow currently serve as Senior Pastors of EMI and New Covenant Ministries located at 909 N West Street Raleigh NC.
Bishop Winslow was born in Elizabeth City, NC and he is also the son of the late Howard and Alma Winslow. The first 34 years of his life, he did everything he thought he was bad enough to do, but on November 11, 1994 he realized that all he had done was nothing in comparison to what he could do, if he allowed Jesus Christ to be the head of his life. He accepted Christ as his Savior and received his initial training under the leadership of Dr. Michael and Elma Blanchard of Corner Stone Christian Center in Chesapeake VA. During his seven years under their guidance, he was called to Minister the Word of God. Later he was ordained as an Elder and with the blessings and support of his Apostle he established his first Ministry.
Bishop Winslow has held various positions within the body of Christ, such as, Overseer, Treasurer, Senior Apostle, Office of the Prophet, as well as Assistant Apostle. In 2000, he started the school of the Prophets in Portsmouth, VA, assisting God’s people in understanding the prophetic message, while God matured them in their office.
Many souls have been saved because of the anointing that God has placed on his life, through the many Revivals, Conferences, Radio Ministries and messages which have aired all over the country. Bishop Winslow believes that any child of God who has answered God’s call for his or her life and dares to step into their destiny, they are truly unstoppable and there are no limits.
In addition to being a great husband, he is an awesome father and Grandfather.view less
