She continues to be instrumental in leading multiple teams around the United States. Nikki Cheree has received numerous awards for her professional excellence, to include recognition for HR Excellence from the Society of Human Resource Management where she obtained her Professionals in Human Resources Management certification. She is also recognized for her expertise in Training and Development, Talent Management, Change Management, and Diversity Leadership. She holds two degrees: A Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Louisiana State University. As entrepreneur, speaker, and trainer, Nikki Cheree has spoken on both national and local stages motivating others to reach their next level of greatness. She is a true advocate for women, encouraging them to bring their authentic selves into the marketplace – and to exude confidence in who they are, what their skillsets encompass, and what capabilities they possess.
