Born as the child of a fireman and a journalist in Long Island, New York, Richard's interest in entrepreneurship and drive to achieve led him to start his first online business venture at the age of 15. His early dive into the emerging space of internet marketing allowed him to build a fast-growing online agency which became a launch pad for his career. Now at the age of 24 in 2016, Richard has been named by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the top 50 people in digital marketing, by Inc. Magazine as one of top 8 entrepreneurs on Twitter and by LinkedIn as one of the top millennial influencers of 2016.
As a serial entrepreneur and investor, Richard has built and sold multiple online media properties. Today he is the founder and CEO of Fifth Avenue Brands, a public relations and digital media firm headquartered in New York. The firm has become known as one of the fastest-growing public relations agencies in America and serves clients in industries ranging from real estate and finance to technology and media. He is also a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council, an invite-only organization for the top entrepreneurs in America and a founding member of the Forbes Agency Council.
Richard now spends significant time speaking about entrepreneurship to audiences ranging from high school students to CEOs. His mission is to share his expertise and experience to empower and inspire other young people to become entrepreneurs and to strive for their potential.
Richard serves on the YP Board of Friends of the Children New York, a non-profit that seeks to break the cycle of generational poverty among New York City's most vulnerable youth.
