Richard has over 15 years of leadership experience and is now a leadership facilitator at the University of California Davis Center for Leadership Learning and a co-instructor on the Leadership Academic Theme Program. He has been a research chemist in the pharmaceutical industry and is currently a PhD candidate in chemistry at the University of California, Davis. He is happily married to Oyindamola, and they are blessed with one son, David.view less
