Tom has dedicated most of his life to the field of education as a teacher (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Okeechobee, Florida, and Orlando, Florida), principal (Hazel Green, Wisconsin and Mesa, Arizona), educational consultant (State of Arizona), college professor and administrative director (Scottsdale, Arizona).
