Under Greenaway's stewardship, Region Authority Corporation, a member of the African American Chamber of Commerce, has emerged as a frontline 5G telco that acquired a reputation for community engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. The devastating 2020 Covid-19 pandemic and its disproportionate impact on poor and marginalized communities in the US, including African Americans, prompted Greenaway to donate over 20,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) kits through Region Authority Corporation.
