She is a first generation Mexican American, born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from Cal State University Los Angeles earning both her Bachelors and Masters degrees. She became a teacher and an administrator and after 30 years working in education, she retired. "SENORA FELICE RETURNS HOME," is her second book in this series.view less
