Born in Barcelona, where he attended medical school and became a medical doctor, Xavier was awarded a Fulbright scholarship, and lived and studied in the United States for several years, obtaining ...view moreBorn in Barcelona, where he attended medical school and became a medical doctor, Xavier was awarded a Fulbright scholarship, and lived and studied in the United States for several years, obtaining two Masters degrees from Harvard University. For 20 years he worked as General Manager for several biotech companies and international advertising agencies. Through the years he has written screenplays for films, theater plays, musical theater shows (book, music, and lyrics, as he is also a musician and composer), newspaper articles, and novels. He has written articles about New Zealand as a foreign correspondent for the digital edition of La Vanguardia, one of the main newspapers in Spain.
UXMALA was selected as Finalist in the VII HISPANIA Historical Novel Literary Prize (2019).
Xavier writes all his novels in Spanish and English versions and lives in Auckland (New Zealand) with his family.view less
