Paul founded the Grove Youth Series, co-founded and co-convenes the Paediatric Chaplaincy Network (www.paediatric-chaplaincy-network.org) and is Director of Red Balloon Resources which publishes in the field of paediatric spiritual and religious care. He speaks at conferences nationally and internationally on issues relating to paediatric chaplaincy.
