It will layout a school plan to help the inner city middle school child that has been left behind.
I am a retired schoolteacher of 34 years. I played school with my sisters at home before I was six years old. I was always the teacher! In high school, I was called upon to substitute for the lower elementary grades when a sub could not be acquired on short notice. In college, I was editor of the newspaper and worked on the yearbook and generally found myself involved in writing activities.
I was married to my husband 49 years. He recently passed away this year. We have four children – three living and working in Connecticut and one in New Orleans, Louisiana.
I still live in the city where I taught for so many years and I try to keep in touch with school affairs. I was inspired to write my book as I saw school excellence slowly disintegrating each year. I know from first hand experience that many of these children could be helped.view less
