After coming second in a short story competition back in the 90s, Valerie pursued her dream by completing a number of creative writing courses and was successful in having some short stories published in women’s magazines, such as Woman’s Way and Woman’s Own. Valerie is from Dublin, Ireland, but now lives in the United Kingdom. Her spare time is spent horse riding and working toward her ultimate goal of being a successful author.view less
