Talbot author of My Heart, My Psalms has spent his past fourteen years as a Corrections Officer. Tom was born in Anacortes Washington the last of fourteen children, upon graduation of high school he enlisted in the United States Navy where he served his country honorably. Tom has always attempted to cling tight to his faith in God. Over the years and through a difficult trying career he has co-parented his daughters Brittany, Joanne, and son Mason. Tom has always attempted to pass down his faith in God to his children. The past three years Tom has been teaching Sunday school in the third and fourth grade class, teaching is truly one of his deepest joys. Tom has a deep love for nature which is echoed in some of his poems. Tom also has love in his heart for the neighbors that God put around him. He definitely tries to live what is in the Bible, love your neighbor as yourself. Tom is quick to point out that the three best things he accomplished in his life are his kids. He often sits in amazement of the young adults they have become while staying ever vigilant in prayer that they may never lose their faith in God.view less
