She has been encouraged by family, friends and colleagues to share her collection with other people of the world. Her love of nature and its beauty, “Let My Wings Touch Your Petals,” interest with problem youth, “Beware of Having Babies If You Won’t Provide,” concern for those who have lost loved ones, “Sweet Lil Dove Fades Into Your Clouds,” biases, “Splitting Rainbows,” and life in the rural, “The Lil Red Barn” reflect Lu Cile’s love and understanding of life.
Her collection, “Ivy on the Wall,” which was influenced by her surname, is a composite of poems, quotes of wisdom, lyrics, and prose. These were written to, essentially, reemphasize many real life issues. Like the “ivy-clinging vines,” this collection will potentially send strong, vibrant signals of adoration, strength and endurance.
Lu Cile’s hopes and expectations are that her readers enjoy these writings, and that they respectfully, and in a positive manner, assist others in understanding life issues as indicated in this book.view less
