He graduated w...view moreAbdul Rahman Ramli’s working life span over a period of three decades whereby he served large multinational organizations such as Bando, 3M, Hitachi, TDK, and Denso. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from University Malaya and postgraduate MBA from Newport University, United States.
During his role as head of human resource for these organizations, he frequently attended a global and regional human resource conference in Thailand, Philippines, and Japan.
As head of HR in the company, he was also elected to participate during the Asia Regional Climate Survey conducted at Thailand in 2010.
He finally retired as a general manager HR and was subsequently reappointed to act as the company HR advisor for about a year before leaving employment to serve as a freelance HR consultant.
During his tenure as head of HR, he also sat as panel member of the Industrial Court of Malaysia from the year of 2001 until 2015, whereby he served some of the distinguish chairmen of the IR Court.
He believed sharing his real-life experiences would benefit the young and upcoming human resource executives and junior managers in this field. The objective was to give an insight in the role of managing industrial relation.view less
