When I was eight years old me and my family which included my older sister Lucy and my younger brother Anthony, moved out of the big city and settled in Toms River. My mother was interested in horror movies which is what sparked my love for them as well. She would let us sit and watch with her, it was a lot of fun. Stephen King became my favorite writer when I watched stand by me and all of his other great works like The Shining and Pet Cemetery. I wanted to write stories just like him. In school I was able to let my imagination run wild and it was very exciting. Most of the time when the teacher read one of the students stories out loud they would chose mine.view less
