singing, writing, and teaching. She often shares
these talents with her students to inspire them to be
both creative and expressive. Most of her writing has
been created to model lessons of instruction for her
students and to help them with comprehension. The
starting point for many of her works often begins
with key vocabulary words which she incorporates
into her writing. Mrs. Walton believes that if you
want students to be successful at a task, you have to
be willing to create along side of them and she admits
that her students, both past and present have been a great source of inspiration for her
